Refund policy
We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.
• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Buyer's remorse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product care and safety instructions
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Delayed delivery once the order is in transit
• Opened or used items (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been washed
• Items returned without original packaging or tags

Refunds
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

Pawkett🐾 is a pet pouch hoodie designed for comfort, everyday wear, and keeping your pet close. The product features a soft fabric construction, wearable long-sleeve hoodie design, built-in pet pouch, zippered pouch opening, and front viewing opening designed for compatible cats and small pets.
Minor cosmetic variations, color differences, stitching variations, fabric texture differences, or packaging differences do not qualify as defects. Customers acknowledge they are purchasing a pet pouch hoodie and understand the product's appearance, design, intended use, sizing, pouch functionality, and care requirements prior to ordering.
Refunds will not be issued for customers who claim they were unaware of the product's design, style, sizing, pet pouch functionality, or intended use, as these features are clearly displayed in our product images and descriptions.
Customers are responsible for following all included use, care, washing, and safety instructions. Damage resulting from improper use, improper washing, misuse of the pet pouch, or failure to follow product instructions does not qualify as a product defect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pawkett🐾 is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
